All the basic ideas of the US political spectrum date back to the 1800s.Take the red and blue divide:
The fears of automation go back to the first half of the nineteenth century or earlier.
Policies based on group/species selection v Individual/gene selection are just barely 2nd half of the 19th century in current form.
Since structural unemployment is the result of inadequate skill levels there is a huge debate on how much education and training is useful in reducing structural unemployment.
We as a society and economy are in the start/middle of the industrialization of biology so a lot of the underlying postulates of current political ideologies are going to change with some of those changes being radical and no I do not which ones. So, I am wondering which ones are going to cause the most conflict.
