This is really a do it all over resolution for me but if others thought it was a good do it all over for them... Some basic reformation of physical education where the only qualification is Hand-Walking or Handstands. Just that alone will be able to do most upper-body exercises and boost jumping and running. Its the same as swimming where it is very simple as you get advanced with levels. I tried to teach myself as a kid but it never entered my mind that maybe a parent holding my ankles is how I get further. For the wheel-chair or crutch kid might be a way to fit in. If a kid has difficulty in the beginning there are steps like losing weight or gaining strength. I will tell you more about it when I can do it myself, the head start is for me !
