    More of the same government taking offense to people helping their neighbors and community as their doing so steals some of the fed's thunder in making the case that we dumb human animals NEED the federal farmer to provide for all our needs.

    I live here in the area. It has been oppressively hot this season. I would take a nipple hand out from a wet nurse if needed.

    It looks like a City, not a Federal matter. Without showing cause, the City seems really, really, out of line, especially if it was bottled water in sealed containers.
