People say Pence is immune since he is never alone in public with women other than his wife

I agree that Pence's policy of not being alone with women other than his wife or close female relatives in public is smart. However, unless he has had this policy in place since junior high, can't some woman simply claim something happened way back when? For that matter, she could claim it happened some time in the last three years, she can't remember which year it was, what city they were in, etc. and how can he prove it didn't happen? Being photographed in public only proves it did happen. What policy can one put in place to be able to prove something didn't happen even when the timespan and location are vague?

Perhaps one could hire someone to place them under constant video surveillance every second of their lives. We need more eyes on people. Imagine how free we would be if every person on the planet was subjected to video surveillance every moment of their lives.
