RAFAH, (PIC)-- A Palestinian citizen was wounded on Tuesday night near the southern Gaza Strip border fence at the hands of Israeli occupation forces.

Medical sources told the PIC reporter that 20-year-old Ashraf Zakut was hit with a bullet to the east of Rafah.

They said that IOF soldiers opened fire at citizens inspecting their land near the border fence.

The land was formerly off bounds for the farmers after Israel imposed a buffer zone but the last calm agreement between Israel and the resistance factions cancelled it.

Time out from the Drama Queen's HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLO for an important announcement. After all, the Muslims are busy killing each other such as several suicide bombers the other day in Syria so I am sure we can take a little time out from what is happening with regard to the IDF.

New lung cancer test in latter stages of development
An agreement between Israel's BioView and California's OncoMDx is leading to the development of a new non-invasive test that may prove to detect lung cancer earlier thereby extending patient's lives. "The average life expectancy of lung cancer patients is only about 18 months, mainly because usually it's found at a later stage," BioView CEO Alan Schwebel explained. Clinical trials have begun at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and two US hospitals.
