They bitch if they increase in price, if they are stagnant in price or if they decrease in value.

If one educates themselves on do it yourself repairs, it's a lot cheaper to own a home. Most of that do it yourself is all on YT now.

That is possible but for many people, for example, disabled folks, elderly people they’re not able to do that.

Even the price of Good used to repair homes cost quite a bit more now compared to what they were under Trump.

Politicians contribute policies to a good or bad economy. This is more than a Market cycle. It is a horrendous miscarriage of justice by those Democrats and Republicans who all agreed to lock us down during the “corona” virus … along with the printing of trillions of dollars via “stimulus” checks … during this event the richest Americans got extremely wealthier and the poorest to middle-class Americans lost money. Democrats used to tackle this issue, but they don’t give a darn about working class people anymore.

And for example, there should be oversight bodies that are able to confront predatory loansharks things like that.

There should be something to where corporations with virtually unlimited capital are not competing with

average people for purchasing homes. Pretty sure there was in previous times.
