A Minnesota cop admitted in court Tuesday that he exchanged "racially charged" text messages with a man on trial for shooting five Black Lives Matter protesters in 2015.

Mankato Police Officer Brett Levin testified that he had been friends with Allen Scarsella, 24, since high school and was in close touch with him when he allegedly opened fire at a group of protesters in Minneapolis on Nov. 23, 2015, according to a Minneapolis Star Tribune report.

Only BLM protestors can wear masks?

Someone pulls a knife, don't fight back?

Guilt by association?

No complaints against the officer?

Texting most relevant to court occurred after the incident?

It was either premeditated, or self defense. Let the jury decide,

Yep, they'll decide alright

.....decide which lockdown, and for how long
I don't know the rules for that particular state but, I don't think the jury decides which lock up the guilty are sent to. That's usually decided by the sentence given. Even there often, times it's the judge, not the jury which sets the sentencing.
