I've said over and over again it's imperative that the new Congress get down to business and not partisan investigations. I'm glad that the Dems have dealt with Rangle, I doubt the outcome would have been different in January or February.

DOJ though, something else. From the firings of inspector generals, to the unequal enforcement of civil rights laws, and most egregiously this matter of military voting:

DOJ is by nature not supposed to be partisan, along with the IRS. For them to be so, with their vast police powers, puts the government's existence at risk.
