Society developed the systems that led to such a large population and such large scale productivity. That changed society. It is too late to go back to a 'good 'ol days' period. The thinking from that time applies no more. Sure, it would be great if everyone played John Wayne in a Ford movie and ruggedly individualized.
I certainly try to provide for myself and learned to work, save, build a business, employ people and live a relatively self-sufficient life. I have never knowingly taken anything from any government that I had not already paid more than enough into. I do not think myself extraordinary, exemplary or unique. It is more or less what I think 'normal'.
Yet, the world today cannot and does not function in the manner I learned. The same opportunities are not there, the capacity for further growth is not there. Workers are not just going to get absorbed into income producing employment.
And at the same time, there is enough for everyone. There is no penury of essentials. People are suffering as a result of peoples inabilities to adapt to problems people created. The 'crisis' isn't tsunamis, earth quakes, hurricanes, volcanoes or asteroids. Nothing was destroyed except a house of cards, a false faith in a god of excess and lucre.
We have to re-invent things. We have to better understand ourselves, our minds, how we function as the unique event that we are in the universe. We have to discover what is genuinely important, what all value comes from.
The problem is not that many want enough to exist. The problem is more associated with a desire for more than is possible by a delusional minority.
Which is exactly what this thread is about. These freeloading bastards have and their GD liberal politicians have effing DESTROYED THIS COUNTRY from education to economics it's all about WHAT CAN YOU WHITE PEOPLE GIVE TO US BLACK PEOPLE AND THEIR GOD DAMNED LIBERAL BLEEDING HEART POLITICIANS (whose hearts really aren't bleeding)...but are BUYING THEIR GD UNREGISTERED VOTES WITH STILL MORE WELFARE...that what's left of the U.S. workforce continues to pay for.
Nero fiddled while Rome burned. Bleeding hearts heaped on the welfare til there ain't no god damned work force left. SCREW IT.
