OMG! A shining light of SOME rationality from an appeals court re enemy detainees

i hadn't heard of this story and the writeup is pretty small. did some people captured in afgh fight for constitutional rights or something?

The captured enemy detainees tried to argue that they are somehow ENTITLED to Constitutional rights (like habeas corpus, etc).

A lower Court judge failed to toss their complaint right the fuck out. The appellate court rectified that error.
