Gaddafi controlled the flow of migrants into Europe. One of his biggest victories was coming to an agreement with the EU via Berlusconi to be technically in charge of how the flow would occur.

Taking out Gaddafi was a huge whoopsies for the EU. Then you have the weapons crisis. Take out Gaddafi and the weapons go to WHO? Oh jihadists. NATO didn't have a ground game plan.
