Remember the whole purpose of ACA was to provide insurance for the 46 million uninsured right???
A) 10 million of the "46 million" were not Americans. 14 million were already eligible for Medicaid! 18 million don't need OR WANT health insurance..
So that was a bogus claim in the first place..

B) How many of the 7.1 million already had insurance???
(1) RAND corporation – “A new study from the RAND corporation indicates that only one-third of exchange sign-ups were previously uninsured.
The RAND study hasn’t yet been published, but its contents were made available to Noam Levey of the Los Angeles Times.
RAND also estimates that 9 million individuals have purchased health plans directly from insurers, outside of the exchanges,
but that “the vast majority of these people were previously insured.”

(2) Goldman Sachs – “Goldman Sachs is projecting that only 1 million Obamacare sign-ups will come from previously uninsured Americans.
Indeed, it estimates that the number of total signups will be just 4 million — not 6 million, as the administration claims — because
‘HHS figures . . .count all persons who selected an ACA exchange plan regardless of whether or not they have actually completed the enrollment process
by paying their premium.’ Goldman Sachs also anticipates that fully 75 percent of all the Obamacare sign-ups will be from people who already had insurance.”

So if 1 million of the 7 million are truly uninsured... WHY was the entire destruction of our health system necessary?

Obamacare has not been a good issue for the GOP since the law was passed, they've been trying to make it so but haven't succeeded. They will see how dumb their strategy has been the closer we get to elections just like they saw (but didn't learn) with Mitt Romney and his failed presidential runs.

How can it be something to celebrate when it's all based upon government taking away our freedom of choice and then threatening us with fines and even jail when we don't comply?

It's a fake number made up of people who put a plan in a shopping cart without completing the payment process. It is not scrubbed for duplications. Of the actually completed and paid for enrollments, the majority are "churn", i.e. people who lost their plans due to ObamaCare in the first place. Very few are among the uninsured who were the justification for the program in the first place.

Setting that aside, let's see how they like their High Deductible-One Size Fits All-Teensy Network plans.
