Obama said on the news that if congress passed his jobs bill, he sent to congress a year ago. A million jobs could be made!

Is this true? I was watching CBS.

yep they pass a jobs bill and voila jobs appear......so they should just pass a food bill to end hunger and a money bill to end poverty and a nowar bill to end warfare....see it's that easy...just ask the staples guy (a republican btw) for the easy button.

the jobs bill was just another "poison pill" that the democrat knew would never fly. I probably would not have flown with their own party.

The President had his stimulus money which was spent for no real good. Had he got this "jobs" bill then we could have expected more spending and less jobs as is with all things liberal.

Whatever the number of jobs created, the thing to remember is that these would nearly all be temporary jobs that would have no long term impact on the economy or on the lives of the people who got these jobs. Obama seems to be trying to teach Americans how to cope with a stagnant economy instead of trying to find ways to revitalize the economy and return the nation to prosperity.
