Why don't we tell africa to take care of it's own people.? We saw what happened when obozo let in thomas duncan. He exposed the disease to dozens of americans, cost the taxpayers $500,000 and he's not even a citizen.

The president insisted that "what we're seeing now is not an 'outbreak' or an 'epidemic' of Ebola in America." With a nation of more than 300 million people, the president noted, we've only had three cases of the disease. "We have to keep this in perspective," he said.

Obama also contended that, "we know how to fight this disease."

That brought him to the subject of a travel ban, something he refused to accept.

"We can't just cut ourselves off from West Africa, where this disease is raging," the president intoned.

"Trying to seal off an entire region of the world--if that were even possible--could actually make the situation worse," he insisted before adding, "It would make it harder to move health workers and supplies back and forth."

Looks like obozo wants his party to lose next month's election. Everyone thinks the travel ban is an obviously correct idea.

Why don't we cut Africa off from us? Seriously, it makes sense to isolate Ebola and contain it where it is. Send any experimental treatment there. Don't bring this disease here. As far as health care volunteers, let them go, but they understand they will undergo quarantine when they return. Supplies can be air dropped into Ebola affected areas. We don't need troops there, either

Millions of americans have asked that. Cutting ourselves off from west africa sounds like a great idea. In fact, lets stay away from all of africa. It's a stone age continent that produces nothing but stone age people prone to horrible diseases.
