Rough night for Obama. He really stumbled under the fire from Georgie and Charlie about Rev. Wright, the American flag, the San Francisco slur, etc. I think the Rev. Wright business was a blow to Obama's solar plexis, and the last thing he needed was the SF business.

Hillary was loving it, of course.

In Pa. Debate, The Clear Loser Is ABC

"For the first 52 minutes of the two-hour, commercial-crammed show, Gibson and Stephanopoulos dwelled entirely on specious and gossipy trivia that already has been hashed and rehashed, in the hope of getting the candidates to claw at one another over disputes that are no longer news. Some were barely news to begin with."

For ABC, the outcome was well-deserved. ABC should lose all credibility for allowing Sean Hannity to write a GOP smear question.

Yeah, we heard the same crap after his preacher mouthed off, but Obama nonetheless moved up in the polls.

So far, Obama has benefited when he has been attacked on the nonsense character issues. Maybe voters really are tiring of idiotic GOP-fueled distractions.

In addition, ABC harmed itself with reliance on GOP talking point questions. There was the Hannity nonsense. Stephanopoulos claimed the NIE showed Iran was trying to get nukes (a GOP rehash of the same lie used against Iraq). And Gibson claimed the corporate tax cut increased revenue, when in fact the extra revenue came from inflation and the expiration of a different business tax cut (which the GOP would call a tax hike).

Faux News is the network of choice for morons. Apparently, ABC has targeted that demographic.

Like CNN is much better. When I watch CNN, my house leans to the left.

Right... they'll get mad if a black man is made to stand for questions about anti-white hate...
