Nuclear Terrorists and Mexican Border:Threat is Real

Can fit nuke device in a gym bag...detonate in major U.S. city.

Schumer would rather stand there and cry like a little girl while our enemies try to kill us.

The Threat of a terrorist group smuggling a nuclear device into the United States via Mexico is real. Democrats don’t care. They play politics with the issue for votes.
Risk of terrorists crossing U.S. border into Texas is real — but low
It only takes one time...

Well, if instead of putting all your effort into making Mexico the enemy, you actually helped them to develop, then it wouldn't be an issue.

this isn't about Mexico "being the enemy"

it's about having proper safeguards as to who can get in

the travel ban is even more important, as we have been warned by the intelligence community (our own, and European) that terrorists can, do and will infiltrate the ranks of refugees

but the reality is, we really cannot stop them all from getting in

it's just too easy to come here

If I am being honest; the "terror angle" for the Mexican border is a smaller issue than the use of our resources (welfare, medical, etc)

but it's a real issue - they have no problem sneaking drugs in

anything we can do to make it more difficult for them is a good thing

US visa waiver program.

Green countries don't need a visa.

South Korea is one of those countries, Mexico isn't. Why do you think that is?

Canada doesn't need visas either. So....?

because we already give preferential treatment to countries that are more likely to have a population that will contribute in a positive way

there are a few Hispanic countries on the list

so what is your point here?

The US did NOT give money to South Korea because they thought they would contribute in a positive way. They gave money to them because they suffered in the war. However the US helped to build South Korea up. It has never done the same thing with Mexico.

This is scary. I'm putting this issue at the bottom of my "Low Priority" list. Fear mongering.
Betcha had terrorist flying planes into buildings on your low priority list before 9-11.
