But for some reason America continues to threaten this small country with war and invasion? And paints an unfair picture of its people as enslaved citizens ruled by a deranged psychopath.

In reality, the NK people are quite happy with their leader and the direction of the country. The capital Pyongyang is a beautiful city with safe streets and no criminal gangs or illegal drugs. Unlike Detroit, Chicago, or dozens of U.S. cities, where crime is rampant, and walking the streets alone after dark is almost suicidal.

i would be all for leaving the norks alone if they weren't building nukes . Even then its hard because philosophically everyone should be able to own nukes if they like . Problem though is that the norks don't leave the USA alone as they bribe the USA for our goods like rice to feed their norkish population .

Another point: the world is worried of their technology being sold or fallen into the wrong hands because they have no scrupples or sense. So their aging ill equiped army is not the issue when you look at the bigger issue.
