North Dakota county votes 3-2 to invite more refugees to the county. Sets a cap of 25. There is no provision in the law or the new funding guidance that allows any county/state to set a cap.
A YES vote invites as many as the UN & feds want to send.
However, praise to the county for at least having a public hearing to take the pulse of the community.
