Wouldn't THAT be a great day! Come to the aid of an officer, save his life, all the while getting a free pass to absolutely clean the clock of some social misfit.

Of course, I prefer the police to the thugs who control the streets in "urban" areas.

But -- being a lifelong coward -- I would run in the opposite direction if I saw some thugs attacking a cop.

Yes -- OF COURSE-- I would call 911 for help. But I would use a phone that cannot be traced, for I would be scared to testify in court against the thugs.

Last year, the thugs realized their power. Hey! Even the Speaker of the House kneeled in front of them.

And some people boast that America has a bright future!

Amazing how naive people can be!

Since it is often the case that several bad guys pick on a single officer, why not several good citizens form a temporary strike force to balance things out?

I would pull out my glock and send twenty slugs in the direction of the a holes
