The right claimed that Hillary had Parkinson's disease as well as several other illnesses yet all those claims stopped after the election. Seriously - what is the Constitutional requirement for continuing to stay on the job? Good behavior. And not going to work with no date of return is not good behavior.

If Ginsburg is continuing to "work from home" six months from now, with no photographs and no proof that she is functional, can any action be taken?​

More to the point, if she is voting on Supreme Court decisions, what possible assurance do we have that she is actually the one doing the voting, and not one of her clerks?​
