    a 12% monthly yield can compound to 12.7%, a quarterly 12% compounds to 12.6% add in monthly net call premiums and it really compounds.

    Yes, options with very thin volumes and huge spreads bring in the big bucks.

    The twelve % is simply to make it easier for readers to check the math. The lowest yield I look at is 8% then I also require 15% yield growth over the past five years and the issue has an active cash positive call market. As long as the x div date is prior to option expiration date it is hard to lose money
