Whomever did it, the president gets credit for jobs created or jobs lost, under their serving term....from all the years I've paid attention? No president actually does it themselves but can set the atmosphere for it to happen, in some cases....is the best credit I would give to a President for it.....

the only ones who credit them for jobs "created" are their party,the other party not so much....when jobs are lost the opposing party blames the president,not his own party...

Except- again- Trump posted a net jobs loss of four million. Biden has posted a net job gain of 15 million.
