Mexican authorities frequently engage in racial profiling, harassment, and shakedowns against migrants from Central America.

I think the US, NATO, or the UN should bomb one of their police stations as punishment.

Mexico will be bombed into the 21st Century! They must embrace the modern Western way!

Efforts are underway to restructure police at all levels and put an end to corruption - an impossibility. You now see far more Federales ans military types and fewer local cops.
