Maryland finally gets a decent Governor and this happens.
Hopefully he recovers from it and goes on to try and undue the damage done by Martin OweMalley.

No surprise there. Maryland and Republican Governors aren't exactly a peanut butter and jelly kinda mix. November was a shock for many people the nation over.

As Governor Hogan said, the good news is that his chances of beating this cancer are better than his chances of beating Brown were, so there's plenty of hope.
