You're confused. Actually, a fetus, by definition, is an unborn baby or child.

Moreover, you're confounding what the Bible and Talmudic law actually say about pre-fetus life and the obviously errant, prescientific understanding, which comes from Talmudic law, not the Bible. You're also confounding what the Bible and Talmudic law actually say about human life after quickening relative to capital murder, apparently, per the interpretation of postmodern liberal Jews. Reformed, Conservative and Orthodox Jews do not concur with the liberal interpretations.

Liberal Jews interject beliefs that the Bible and Talmudic law do not actually assert, and they play fast and loose with the distinction between personhood and humanhood relative to the manslaughter and premeditated murder of fetuses, as feticide is absolutely forbidden by the Bible! Moreover, in spite of Talmudic legalism, there are dozens of biblical passages that make it abundantly clear that God regards the personhood and humanity of unborn children to be ontologically established in Him.
