Did we delegate authority to state, local and federal bureaucracies force you off your property for your own protection? I guess if you are renting property you have to abide by the fine print of the lease but is it possible for government officials to order you to leave your property? My guess is that it's a bluff. I think the government does not have the power to order mandatory evacuation but in fairness they are absolved of the responsibility to protect your life.
