It's been common for leftist traffic blockers to get away with their crimes in Democrat cities. but the severity of this crime is such that when cops do arrest traffic blockers, that really isn't enough. The traffic blockers ought to be ordered to disperse, or they should be hit with pepper spray, tear gas. stun guns, billy clubs, or all of the above.

Since many of these creeps have well-funded organizations behind them to bail them out, and friendly lawyers & judges to get their charges dropped, in too many cases they wind up paying little or no penalties at all.

Why do you hate the 1st Amendment?

When people are "Assembled" to express their speech, it is no longer peaceful when they are blocking commerrce, people who desperately need to be somewhere for ANY reason, especially ambulances and first responders, but really it doesnt matter what the reason is, its just wrong to think what they have to shout and scream about gives them the right to upset the life of a thousand different people they dont even know or have a beef with

The framers of the constitution could never have invisioned the level of Jack 'assery that would be decended to way back in 1776. Had they known this insanity could even exist they would have undoubtedly
added a line in the Amendment to clarify that would not be a peaceful act. Its actually an act of agression,
but it's more so passive agressivness... intended to incite all the while having the motions of peacefulness.

Tell that to the pregnant woman on her way to the hospital, trapped in blocked traffic for over an hour, whose baby died stillborn, from not getting the proper medical attention,. Secondly, get a brain.

Oh, did I forget the guy who was badly bleeding, also on his way to the hospital ER, and bled out (died).

Oh, and there also was the folks trapped in their house by brutal home invaders, waiting for the police to arrive, but the 2 police cruisers were stuck in blocked traffic, while other police stood idly by, ordered by their Democrat mayor boss, to "stand down".

What's worse is that the speech isn't the issue. No one gives a fuck what they're whining about. The problem is blocking traffic. They have a right to say it. They don't have a right to hold commuters hostage to make them listen... Just run them the fuck over.
