HMS Ocean was sent to the gulf for a 7 week deployment.

they were for 271 days. While there they made a video for their friends back home.

But I can just imagine what Nelson would have to say about it.


BTW, they arrived back in England today.

One bit of news when they got home was that 15 babies (including a set of twins) had been born while they were on tour.

Everyone was glad to see them come home.

Brilliant videos and nice welcome home, tbh I though that HMS Ocean had been retired to the scrapyard. A few of my own family recently returned from Afghanistan..

I think Nelson would be down wid' it....after all, his motto was

HMS ...what? Did they finally run out of heroes to name ships after in the country formerly known as England? In honor of the US lifting the ban on gays how about renaming the Ocean the HMS Sir Elton John?

Those crazy Brits. They are still allowed a daily ration of alcohol as are many other of the world's navies.

How would this go over in today's U.S. Navy that has fired at least 24 commanding officers this year? The male sailors dressed as women and the shower scenes would get the skipper fired for sure. Remember the USS Enterprise C.O. that was fired and had his career ruined because of similar videos? I know, I know, there were references to homosexuals.
