    Separation of church and state is supposed to mean that people enjoy the liberty of referring to their religion and following it as they see fit, regardless of their station in life.

    Yes, that includes the #1 politician in the county. Who in this instance, called for a national day of prayer to thank God for the end of the Civil War.
