There may be practical reasons the may not have conquered us, such as it's possible if they are from another planet, our gravity may be to strong for them, or our atmosphere of oxygen and c02 might not be for good for them to breath. Even our temperature might not be survivable for them, who knows.

They might be very advanced and able to reach us in these craft but if they cant survive outside of them it may not be worth the trouble to conquor us. They could be coming here for the minerals or some other resource though.

Probably yes, if we moved into space with colonies as some suggest we might do in the future, those humans born there would become smaller and smaller over time. It could be something similar with the aliens.

Assume we are just one lab or cage of a great number across many planets , where many variables are assessed and compared .
Speculate that they pulled the moon into its current position in order to look at the effect of certain energy frequencies being tweaked -- in our case looking how specimens evolve and behave when violence is allowed to dominate .
Now done on an agreement basis with Deep State accepting a technology for bodies exchange ( up to 8 million humans seem to disappear each year).

If you have the tech to get here then you have the tech to mine asteroids. We would just be ants to them. There no glory in defeat of an ant hill. All the raw materials available here are available in asteroids. The only interest for beings advanced enough for interstellar travel would as biologists for thus planet. Easy enough to study us with out taking us over.
