Obama has been MUCH more moderate then I would have hoped. If he had been as liberal as many thought, the healthcare bill would be MUCH different and probably much more effective and our troops would be much closer to coming home.

I have yet to see liberals turn on Obama the way conservatives turned on Bush. I get for many that it's too soon and they're not ready, but I really doubt some would ever openly criticize him regardless of their disappointments. I think a lot of that is tied up to the historic nature of this presidency.

I didn't vote for Bush. That was my right. When 9/11 happened I supported him and prayed for him to succeed. He then squandered my support by lying about WMD and starting an unnecessary war. His approval ratings plummeted because he was leading the country down the wrong track.
