    Senate filibuster challenged in court - NBC Politics

    This won't fly as the Constitution is clear on who makes the rules for each house.

    U.S. Constitution - Article 1 Section 5 - The U.S. Constitution Online - USConstitution.net

    And what ever rules the sore loser democrats pick they better be ready to live with them if the Republicans win back the Senate.

    They never should have changed the rules to begin with.

    Doesn't matter it is not a function the Courts have any say in. Further the Supreme Court has already ruled that the leadership of the Congress can not be sued or challenged in Court on procedural issues because of the Constitution.

    Maybe, But the Courts have no say in it at all. Read the Constitution. Each house may set it's own rules. Don't say anything about, as long as the courts think their rules are ok.

    I agree, the courts don't have a say.

    Not only that but anyone outside the senate lacks standing to challenge it. The suit should be dismissed on both counts.

    Oh that's funny that you guys think the Congress is gonna' follow the Law! How soon you forget the recent Insider Trading Scandal!

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    See, this is just one of many reasons our Gov't is supposed to be "Limited".
