Apparantly, raindrops are a huge threat to mother Earth and are hazardous to, well, places that don't really get a whole lot of rain in the first place. Spokesmen claim that those who think global waterfall is due to natural cycles should be put on trial and is just an idealogue ignoring the scientists. Kyoto demands that the U.S. shut down all teapots and nuclear cooling towers to cut down on raindrop emmissions into the atmosphere. China exempted. EVERYBODY PANIC!!
