Lake Mead Shrivels

A big pool is now the climate....hmmmkay
A frikn man made one where ten times more people populated around it because they built that big pool. People wanted recreation and lawns and badda boom all the water went bye bye. And then they're all whining and I'm a big old meanie cause they lost their pond.

Ah! We finally have the explanation. You've been "Thinking Trump" all this time. That covers just about everything.

Do you think there might be a connection between droughts and rainfall? Why don't you look up precipitation patters for the southwest and see what you can learn (or unlearn) there?
perhaps you should look up what causes droughts. Cause it is obvious you don't. If California got all of it's expected water, it is not in a drought. Explain why you think it is in a drought?

CO2 causes droughts

Floods too apparently.

Don't ask

Maybe there's a left and right handed version of CO2, one for droughts, the other for floods

CO2, it is Ambidextrous.

It's also very powerful, 4% of it is more dangerous than 96% of everything else.

What on earth makes you think that this is wrong?

again, shaking my head and laughing, you can't answer a simple question. Again, did California receive the expected yearly rainfall, yes or no? I don't need your coloring book pages, just answer the question.

Governor Brown Issues Order to Continue Water Savings as Drought Persists
May 9, 2016
Today, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. issued an executive order (PDF) that builds on temporary statewide emergency water restrictions to establish longer-term water conservation measures, including permanent monthly water use reporting, new permanent water use standards in California communities and bans on clearly wasteful practices such as hosing off sidewalks, driveways and other hardscapes.

More drought-related executive orders are available on DWR's Drought Declaration webpage.

Most of California still in drought.

still laughing. I live in Illinois and we have similar restrictions. We're in no drought either.

So you can't answer,

Odd that these CO2 driven droughts are so local or are you just taking any news story and trying to convince us your almighty CO2 molecule is the cause?

CO2...droughts in CA, floods in TX. We can't ever tell you when or why, just watch the news for an update

Now here's a good project. Figure a way to move all that floodwater in Texas to the California reservoirs.

Hmm... I bet the cars per square mile are a hell of a lot higher in Southern California than they are in Texas.

The people in vegas and cali should just die, then there won't be an issue.

Cali was an arid hole before men came and green-ified it. Environmentaloons have forgotten that, and think that the fact that there isn't enough rain falling to maintain the verdant green estates of cali means there's a *drought*...and that the only way to *fix* it is to prevent farmers from using water, and instead allowing all the water to flow into the ocean. Which of course does nothing to greenify their lawns, which in turn leads them to shriek that the drought is getting worse....

They truly are bonkers.

Have you ever been to Texas and/or southern California? BTW, since SoCal's population density is much higher, the amount of CO2 being produced by the power industry would be higher per square mile as well. This was all only in response to C Frank's specious "flood casting CO2" comment.
