Karl Rove feeling the heat

Karl Rove is feeling the heat.

The face of the historic $1 billion plan to unseat President Barack Obama and turn the Senate Republican, Rove now finds himself the leading scapegoat for its failure. And he’s scrambling to protect his status as a top GOP money man by convincing disappointed donors to his Crossroads groups that he did the best he could with their $300 million.

And I couldn't be happier about it.

And, Kochs, Adelson, Romney have all crawled off to lick their wounds and try to figure out where they went wrong.

These bastards thought they could buy US votes and they got their lies and their cheating and their heads handed to them.

They also think they can own our private lives and that we'll take all the huge government they try to cram down our throats.

If there's one thing this election should teach this bunch of self-righteous suits, its that there are still plenty of Americans who are more than willing to fight our our freedom. We'll start at the ballot booth but many of us are more than willing to take the fight further, if need be.

You act like Democrats don't get donations. You do realize that both sides do this and your partisanship borders on petty, right?
The Democrats used their donations to win handily.
Rove spent $400,000,000. and won 0 candidates.

Sheesh, they have no idea how to do this. Rove should be dumped as swiftly and decisively as Glen Beck was.

Adelson alone kept Newt in the GOP primary race. He gave tens of millions.

Democrats .. Obama got tons of small donations. How many small donations did the GOP and Romney get compared to Democrats and Obama?

now stfu and step up your game or get on my shit list

Glenn was not dropped, he left, and yes Rove needs to go away.

oh for fuck's sake douchenozzle, it's common knowledge that bamie was subsidized by all of Hollywood and the billionaires in NY and Ca.

.

The funniest thing about Rove and Morris is that they're STILL gonna get work, they're STILL gonna get attention, they're STILL gonna get interviewed, people are STILL gonna listen, people are STILL gonna take them seriously. Even after this debacle.

Politicians are bad enough. Politicos are a joke.

.

Karl Rove's predictions over the years have been hilarious. I can't believe he was smart enough to be Bush's brain.

:lmao:

Partisan predictions aside (which were probably meant to hopefully drive behavior), Rove was a numbers cruncher. The REAL question is how could Rove have gotten it SO wrong? That might possibly happen in one close county in one swing state. But numerous states? That's not likely. That's not likely at all. Pols like Rove have access to the best demographic and electorate behavior data there is. And they keep very close tabs on tracking polls. I wonder if Rove wasn't engaging in a little scamming of his big money donors by giving them a far rosier picture of Romney's electoral prospects even as he was pumping them for more money.

.

Bad enough he (along with Morris and many others) screwed the pooch on predicting the results, but when he had that weird denial hissy fit on Fox, holy crap. I don't know how much credibility he had before this, but whatever he had is gone.

Another example of how the right wing really needs to do some honest self-evaluation, quickly.

.

omg,
when you left wingers do some reflecting maybe others would follow
No one gives a shit about rove except you LEFTIES because it seems you always have to be hating on someone

good grief

You are just another confused idiot libtard. They got beat but are still better then obamaturd and the dimwits. Socialism fits you idiots.

"It happens all the time in advertising. A big campaign ends in disappointment. A once-dominant brand is no longer selling like it did, and the formerly hot agency overseeing the account seems to have run out of magic. Who’s to blame? Is it the product, or is it the strategist? The account is put up for review, and ultimately the client must decide if it’s time to move the marketing budget to a new agency to find a new genius.

Such is the situation in which GOP donors now find themselves in the wake of a disappointing presidential campaign. Their candidate lost. Their market share in Congress decreased. Their brand is suffering. As a result, a question hangs over the party: Should Republicans continue to rely on Karl Rove as their top marketer?"

If you're trying to infer Carl Rove is LDS he's not.

and they really want people to believe OBAMA wasn't bought?

why is it the first people he meets with after his second crowning is the Unions..

think about it..

Rove and that toe sucking "dick" morris should be kicked off fox and are no doubt a couple of dufus'es
But to say Romney crawled off and licked his wounds is a stretch. The guy has to much going for him in life.

Two things -

First, in the morm cult, to have a "bishop" beaten by a mere nigra is living death. Mittens lost much more than the election. He lost his standing with his fellow cult members. If you are not intimately familiar with that particular cult, you truly cannot imagine what this loss means to Mittens and his family.

Second, fux - David Frum hit the nail on the head when he said that fux screwed over the Rs. They are entertainment, not news and you rw's bought their dog and pony show.

Think about it. fux and the other cheer leaders kept telling you that Mittens was gonna win. Even Mittens said he didn't even bother to write a loser speech.

Obama's win took them by surprise just as it took you dumb rw's by surprise. You didn't want to believe Nate Silver's SCIENCE because it flew in the face of fux's fiction.

The entire GObP believed the fiction and they got their collective dicks knocked in the dirt.

Make not mistake. Its okay with me if you keep sucking up to the likes of fux, lushbo, dredge and the rest. In fact, I really LOVE it.

hey einstein, I am a Mormon. Didn't I just say that Morris, and Rove were dufus'es
btw the my dad was a Mormon Bishop and also a Stake President jusst like Romney
So I will say it again on moral authority. Romney did not go off licking his wounds he has to much to live for.
As far as Mormons being a cult, that's rather an interesting paradox when you probably have a dim view of evangelicals yet accept their opinion when it suits your view to dump on a Mormon Bishop and SP.

Yep. Guys like Romney, Rove and Morris have plenty to do and have busy productive futures. It's some of the posters to this forum that think that they know what they are talking about concerning someone eles's future that are not very bright.

No one gives a shit about Rove? That's laughable. Rove's reputation is what built his American Crossroads Super PAC organizations and allowed him to spend over $91 million on various elections nationwide. And you damn well know that he didn't do that for free. Rove's reputed unique 'expertise' put him in a position to demand compensation in keeping with that unique expertise. And you can bet that didn't come cheap. Now, if YOU were a major financial contributor to Rove's AC organization, and Rove got it THAT wrong, don't you think that you would demand an explanation? And frankly, I don't think Rick Perry's 'oops' remark will cut it with those guys.

Glen Beck has been exceedingly successful which is exactly why he set out on his own. Beck is a very successful and interesting success story.

Yep, Rove has been a very successful entrepreneur. He is doing just fine and way better then most.

So who exactly is Rove feeling the heat from? 95% of the rants are coming from the left not the right somehow I doubt he is to concerned about heat from the left.

Do you think that Rove's wealthy contributors who wanted to remain anonymous in the first place are going to go public?
I don't know and to be honest can't say I really care either.

Glenn Beck is a success story in much the same way that Jean Dixon was. But making a lot of money by spreading ridiculous conspiracy theories (as opposed to astrological superstition) is not something I would personally brag about.
