Just put a contract on a house today.

Damn! i should sell my 1.3M and move to where every that is!

San Francisco... 25x125 lot with a 1300 sq house. 1.3 million. CRAZY!

Good for you.

I hear they're giving them away for free in Georgia.

Pretty close.

$275K house, short selling for $129,900

WOW!

That's a nice place for $129,000!

Best of luck with it.

A little sod wouldn't hurt either, maybe some kind of water feature somewhere to really set it off.

Good point.

Maybe a partially buried tub, vertical, of course, with a statue of Mary inside? To let people know you're religious AND classy.

Don't forget the american flag to let them know you're patriotic as well.

I don't know about a coat of paint though. This is a serious investment, this house...I would vinyl side it, maybe even cedar shake if you can manage to get back a decent amount at closing.

Ooooh, you're good at this.

Flagstone path around the estate? I did one of those yesterday.

I'm already thinking about an addition, personally.

First of all, you're going to need a 2 car garage.

It would be nice to have the extra room on the house to maybe put in a theater room, too.

Cherry hardwoods, granite counter tops in the kitchen...the works.

You've already got your dream home, so why be cheap about things, you know?

There's a lot of room on the property for a tennis court, too.

Thanks everyone.

Never have attempted to purchase off of a short sale before, but I understand it can be a long process.

So now we just get an inspection and if it's to our satisfaction....sit around and wait.
