Isn't there a rule or a code of ethics or something that restrains "professional Journalists" from spouting demonstrable nonsense, in the guise of knowledgeable opinion?

You don't have to be a lawyer to know that the payments to the two slut-slanderers, EVEN IF MADE IN CASH IN Times Square DIRECTLY FROM TRUMP TO THE SLUTS, would be entirely legal. And anyone with even a minimal interest in federal election law would know about the John Edwards payments-to-paramour case which pretty much dissolved the notion that payments like this ARE NOT campaign expenditures.

So I end up in the same place on all of these scores and scores of Trump exposes, fire drills, and "scoops":

Are these people stupid? Are they liars? Or are they just so committed to their own partisanship that they have rejected reality for their own made-up world? It has to be one of the three.

I was a journalism/mass communications//radio/TV/film production major in college(s). I started in 1979 and watched the downgrade of journalism from a highly respectable position in the 1970's till 1997 when shock jocks and "extreme" troupe shouted down the last of a style I had learned since Jr. High which was unbiased reporting using on the facts and a non-condemning attitude of the subject matter.
Now they shame and exorcise your evil spirits in society by the masses being led by the media...and we used to worry about subliminal messages in films and commercials...Silly fools...
