The GOP should reimburse the gov't considering that Obama had to come back to Washington DC all the way from Hawaii simply because Republicans waited until past the last minute to pass legislation that they had ALL year to address.

Yep. They are the DIRECT cause of him not being able to just take a normal vacation. And, hell, the congress only work three days a well while the prez works 7 days a week, even when on vacation.
