Video was a creation by hate groups. They were not a van but on the roof of their work place. They were questioned and returned to Israel. Investigation found no connection with Israeli inelegance.

They were not "orthodox" dancing, they were not distinguishable in any way as Israelis by hair or clothing. What was mistaken as dance was davening.

As far as taking pictures, there was a showing of photos and a book published of photos by ordinary people taken during and after 9/11. Anyone with a camera that day has pictures.

As for the lighter, they did not have a candle to light for the dead.
