Is Trump Auditioning Noem for VP at today’s rally?

No, it isn't actually; a VP doesn't do much at all, except PR appearances and fund raisers. A Senator with seniority and a member of the Party currently in the majority is sitting pretty.
Tie breaking vote in an even split Senate.

With a 51-49 Senate ?

Not with Democrats able to count on a few Republican votes, as long as they throw in some corporate welfare, like they did with the 'infrastructure bill' and of course all the pork for the retiring GOP hacks.

How did that tie breaker vote go with Pence as VP?
