IS claims to be holding Norwegian, Chinese captives

It is difficult to recognize that ISIS becomes more powerful and represent one of the biggest threats to the modern world and its stability. Of course there are many other groupings who also take hostages and demand ransom payment. Yet ISIS shows features of a state organisation and its really frightens. These nasty animals won`t confine themselves with particular victims they are to captive whole cities and countries. Who`s responsible for making them stop?

Its pretty complicated now. No use pointing fingers at this point but you do reap what you sow. When westerners learn to mind their own business things like this wont happen.
