If sexual body modifications, like double mastectomy, lopping off one's penis, and removing adams apples are covered by insurance, shouldn't other forms of getting freaky also be enabled?

After all, some people might think about killing themselves if they are unable to physically embrace the real weirdo self

America led the world on sexual modifications; it can deal with the issue any way it chooses.
Unfortunately, that's becoming violence with guns in the hands of extremists. Isn't that what you're advocating now?

Good luck finding a job.

I definitely would not hire the freaks.

Of course freak enabling surgeries should not be allowed on any government insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid). No more than they should pay for a person to get a tattoo or get their ears pierced. Private insurance can pay for anything they choose, that's between them and their customers.
