MOSCOW, July 11. /ITAR-TASS/. Indias Navy ships will arrive in Vladivostok on July 14 to take part in the Indra-2014 naval exercises, the spokesman to Russias Pacific Fleet has said.
Indias ships - the Ranvijay guided missile destroyer, the Shivalik frigate and the Shakti supply vessels - will arrive in Vladivostok on Monday for the Indra-2014 exercises, the fleets spokesman, Captain I Rank Roman Martov told ITAR-TASS on Friday.
Russias cruiser Varyag, the Admiral Vinogradov large anti-submarine destroyer, the Peresvet amphibious warfare ship and support vessels will take part in the manoeuvres, Martov said.
The exercises will be aimed at training and promoting joint actions at sea, he said.
