Illegal alien kills Nun in Virginia and maims 2 other Nuns
Tuesday, November 1, 2011
MANASSAS, VIRGINIA – The verdict is guilty for Carlos Martinelly Montano, 24, an illegal alien from Bolivia. While in a drunken stupor he drove his car head-on into 3 Nuns. One Nun was killed and the other two were seriously and permanently maimed.
The Three Benedictine sisters were happily on their way to Prince William monastery when they were hit head-on. The collision killed Sister Denise Mosier, 66. The accident also injured one sister to the point she had to have a bone from a corpse inserted into her leg and now one leg is longer than the other. The third Nun also had horrific injuries.
Carlos Martinelly Montano faces up to 70 years in prison when sentenced in February.
Charges:
1. Felony murder
2. DWI charge (third-offense within 5 years)
3. Two counts of maiming
4. Intoxicated
5. Suspended or revoked license
He showed no remorse in court and after court his clan held hands in a circle in the parking lot.
Martinelly had previously been ordered not to drive by a judge. He was also in the process of being deported. “Montano was out of jail awaiting deportation for two DUI convictions when the incident occurred.” They let him out of jail to try kill one more time and he succeeded. The laws mean nothing to these people and their supporters try to make us look like the bad guy.
The Nuns of the order said that they forgave Martinelly.
This preventable incident caused Prince William County to sue the U.S. Department of Homeland Security “to try and get information about illegal immigrants released the county turned over to federal authorities.”
“To this date, the federal government refuses to tell us what they have done with these criminal illegal aliens, whether they have been deported or whether they have been released back into our community."
"The wreck also resulted in an investigation by Homeland Security and a decision by the state to refuse federal work permit cards as proof of lawful residence. Martinelly had used that document to get a driver's license while scheduled for deportation.” (What's wrong with this picture?)
So, I guess we can expect a law suit from Attorney General Eric Holder against the county shortly.
