The Republican National Committee will not be able to use election tactics that have been linked to suppression of voting by racial minorities without court supervision, a federal judge in New Jersey has ruled.

The measures, known as ''ballot security'' programs, were the subject of a lawsuit between the Democratic National Committee and the Republican National Committee that ended with a consent decree in 1982. Under the agreement, some election tactics could only be used with court approval, including the creation of voter challenge lists, photographing voters at the polls and posting off-duty police and sheriffs officers at the polls in minority precincts.

For more than twenty years, the Republican National Committee has repeatedly operated so-called "ballot security programs" that have sought to suppress and intimidate African-Americans and other minorities from exercising their constitutional right to vote. These illegal schemes have been previously enjoined by the Federal Court in the case of DNC v. RNC. The Decree in that case prohibits the RNC from implementing any "ballot security program" without prior court approval. That lawsuit, brought in 1981, resulted in a nationwide injunction against the RNC that is still in effect today

Yup. She doesn't even attempt to rehabilitate her reputation.
When her premise is proven wrong, she cites more easily refutable "facts". When finally backed into a corner, she issues an insincere apology and sanitizes the record by removing her ridiculous rants and replacing them with links to an apology thread, the first line of which is another lie.
Soon, memory of the beating fades and she repeats the same failed premise.
I find it next to impossible that she doesn't see that her lack of integrity is the cause of the low regard most here have for her. A sane, balanced person would attempt to redeem herself, or slither away. A hamster is capable of modifying its behavior or running away, when subjected to half as much punishment.
The only logical conclusion is masochism.
