The country would be much better off with a Congress that couldn't get anything done. Does anyone think that after more than 200 years of making laws, we don't have enough of them?

Every bill should require a 2/3 majority. That way, nothing would get passed unless both parties supported it. It would force them to work together, or face the voters every couple years having accomplished NOTHING,
