The Administration should appeal,The 9th is so overturned it is a joke. There is a REASON the case was brought in California. Take it to the 9th and then take it the Supreme Court. Fight tooth and nail.

The report is not intended only for Congress. Citizens also have a right to information.

Why exactly do you think they should appeal? What exactly do you disagree with about the ruling?

There is a law.
The law requires a report periodically.
The law does not provide for discretion in issuing the report.
The Executive was not abiding by the law.
The Judiciary told the Executive to abide by the law.

Doesn't seem all that controversial to me.

You miss the part about it being a violation of Federal law to NOT release the report?

I know you think they're above the law, but they aren't....
