Instead of government imposed taxatipn,i have a system created so that taxpayers become government investors. At every level of government,taxpayers become investors,and every level of government will be handled in a businesstupe fashion. Any budget windfalls would be profit to the citizen investors,and leaders would only create budgets and follow the collective majority vote of the people,and act on behalf of the citizrn investors,and not act unto themselves.
