certain banner advertisements make it difficult to type replies or post on USMB. If I delete the banner advert, I can type just fine.

Am I the only member with this problem?

Of course, this could just be the hallucinogenics the doctors prescribed...

No go to tools the 3 dots and hit extensions on the drop down and a window opens, and they will have ad block for free, they also have ad block plus but I chose ad block , and install it if you want. It takes care of ads on this site. It will have to be paused sometimes when you go on different sites, but that is easy.

I have noticed that the cursor disappears while I'm typing from time to time. At first, I thought it was my thumb dragging across the mouse pad on my laptop but it happens on my desktop here at work as well. It seems as though it happens when there are active ads with motion taking place on the right hand side of the screen more often than not.

Definitely the ads. Any time they allow video ads this happens.

Could it be something to do with screen resolution? Some sites I have to change my screen size to view properly.
