This taunt -- daring Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg to indict Trump and warning that his doing so will ensure Trump's election as POTUS in 2024 -- is as lame as it is bombastic. Bragg should, and I believe will, ignore Tacopina's threat for the desperate bluster that it is.

I watched that interview. What a greasy sleeze that lawyer is!!!! Holy crap! Make sure you count your fingers after shaking hands with him.

His legal arguments were laughable. I come from the corporate/commerical/real estate side of law and even I could poke holes in his lies.
